Eastern Oregon Towing & Recovery is a Pendleton-based, locally owned operation — part of Kevin Troxell's trucking, hauling, and repair businesses in the area.

A Spray, Oregon native who went from the woods as a logger to running trucking, towing, and repair operations across Northeast Oregon. Eastern Oregon Towing & Recovery is built on the same standard as the rest of his outfits: show up, do it right, stand behind it.

Echo, Oregon High School grad and the operator you'll most likely meet on scene. Hard-working, level-headed, and known around the area — the kind of young man who takes the tough calls seriously and treats your equipment like it's his own.
